Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

Select whether you would like an exchange for a different size, a store credit with a bonus incentive, or a refund to your original payment method.
Pack and Post
Securely pack your items in their original compostable packaging with all tags attached and fix the provided shipping label to the front of the parcel.
Processing and Refund
Once our warehouse team receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
